Hello and welcome to Mirra! I’m so happy you’re here! Deciding what I wanted to name my brand was something I was extremely careful and intentional about. I have always noticed how reflective metal is at its shiniest and loved how jewelry can be an expression of yourself. This is when the concept of mirrors inspired me as they too, reflect light and an image of yourself. I thought about how I could derive meaning from the word “mirror” while also maintaining an elegant, yet impressionistic style. This is how I landed on the name “Mirra” (meer-ah). I feel that the name “Mirra” is perfect for my jewelry brand as it embodies a chic aesthetic and furthers the idea of reflection, whether that be the reflection of light shining off your jewelry, or a true reflection of who you are.
